I could’ve put a company name… I done been up and I done been down and that’s what makes me what I am. I never ratted on a nigga. I never prosecuted a nigga. I never locked up a nigga, that’s first and foremost. I always felt that me being the nigga that I am, I never owed a nigga an explanation… When I’m making my music and I’m talking about blow, it’s because I did it. When I say that I’m rich off cocaine, it’s because i did it. Those are the street principals that apply.”

 When Ross was asked about being a corrections officer earlier this year, Ross replied:

“No, that’s not true” when asked if he had worked as a prison guard. He claimed that the phony story was being circulated by detractors upset by his success in the rap world, where, “I came out of nowhere and just took over the streets.”

Stop lying already…

Halle Post-Baby

Halle Berry was spotted out at the Elle’s “Women in Hollywood” event last night, and dare we say it, she actually looks happy. It looks like she’s lost all of the baby weight she had from the recent birth of her daughter.

Word on the street is that she’s reconsidering her stance on never getting married again. Honestly, I think it’s a bad idea. This chick and long-term, committed relationships are toxic, and while there are always two sides to every story, we only seem to hear the side that has her as the victim.

Will And Jada

Black Hollywood came in force last night to support the premiere of “The Secret Life of Bees”.  The movie stars, Queen Latifa, Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson. 

But apparently, the photographer didn’t get the memo because there are dozens of pictures of Jada and Will and hardly any of the stars.  Guess that’s what happens when your star shines as bright as Will’s.

Are you an underaged girl?

In Los Angeles, CA the Pied Pedophile has won a 3.4 million dollar awared against his former promoter.  He is currently looking for a LA judge to help him collect. 

The world reknown pedophile has filed court documents this past monday seeking a judge’s confirmation of the award granted against Georgia based Rowe Entertainment last month.  R Kelly Claims that Rowe Entertainment owner Leonard Rowe did not pay him for scheduled 2008 shows. 

Kelly’s claims have been agreed upon with an arbitrator, but Rowe disputed the arbitration and did not  offer a defense during a recent hearing. 

Seems to us that Rowe has no intention of paying a Child Molester anything.

We are so glad that Jay-Z and Beyonce have decided to open up about their marriage. The Newlyweds are featured in November’s issue of Essence magazine.

Mrs.Carter tells Essence Magazine,

 ”…What Jay and I have is real. It’s not about the interviews or getting the right photo op. It’s real.”

It was reported that Jay and Bey filed their wedding license on April 18th 2008 in Scarsdale, NY.

For more proof, we have a copy of the marriage license log details confirmed by clerk DONNA CONKLING include the date of application for the license as April 1, with the date of marriage as April 4. Jay-Z used his real name on the document, SHAWN CARTER, and the happy couple listed their city of residence as New York, NY.

Obama & Biden

For those of you that don’t know, today is the last day to get registered to vote in the November 4th Presidential Election.  This election is historic in more than just the race of the lead Democratic candidate and the sex of the Republican VP candidate.  This race is historic because our country is in shambles.

Eight years of mismanagement, lies, deceit, and blatant dis-respect for the constitution have left us weaker than we’ve ever been as a nation, yet more united than we’ve ever been as a people.  This is why we have to ensure that our voices are actually heard in this upcoming election.  Now is not the time to sit back and “hope” that our candidate will win, we must get off our behinds and do everything in our power to ensure that we are not left feeling the way we felt in 2004.

Many of us were not of voting age in the last election, but what’s your excuse now?  There is no excuse as we are the future of this nation that we all live in.  If you or someone you know is not registered, doesn’t want to vote, or doesn’t understand the gravity of this election, now’s the time to enlighten yourself and understand everything that’s at stake should you leave your vote unaccounted for.

So please, get registered, go vote, and remember, “You are the change you believe in”!

Time for a Clear Blue Easy test

You all know that Janet Jackson was taken to a hospital a few days ago and has had to cancel multiple shows during her latest tour.  One of our insiders is stating that it may be due to the fact that Ms Jackson let one of Jermain Dupri’s lil seeds take a ride up the love canal.
