Barack Obama and Grandparents

Barack Obama and his sister released a statement calling their grand mother ’a woman of extraordinary accomplishment.’ She was 86 when she lost her battle with cancer.

Dunham died peacefully in her home in Hawaii late Sunday Night. 

Barack and sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, said:

“It is with great sadness that we announce that our grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, has died peacefully after a battle with cancer,” 

“She was the cornerstone of our family, and a woman of extraordinary accomplishment, strength, and humility. She was the person who encouraged and allowed us to take chances. She was proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and left this world with the knowledge that her impact on all of us was meaningful and enduring. Our debt to her is beyond measure,”

Unfortunately, we just learned that Senator Obama has just lost his 86 year old  grandmother.   Madelyn Dunham, has just lost her battle with cancer.  We will keep you updated with more info as we learn more.

Ashley Todd, 20-year-old college student from College Station, Texas, admitted Friday that the story that she was attacked by an African American Barack Obama supporter was false.  She is being charged with making a false report to police, said Maurita Bryant, the assistant chief of the police department’s investigations division. Police doubted her story from the start, Bryant said.

McCain is thinking,

Last night was the third, and final presidential debate and Senator Obama did not dissappoint.  We’re not going to sit here and act as if Obama didn’t appear a bit shaky during the initial portion of the debate.  But by the time the debate was over, it was obvious who the cool cat was.

However, McCain did not go unnoticed, the pic above is absolutely hilarious!  We couldn’t come up with a “snappy” caption for it but maybe you can.  What do you think McCain is doing in the picture above?
