Maybe Evander will be trying to get back into the ring for a large pay check to pay Toi Irvin money owed in back child support. While working hard on his other financial issues, Holyfield was slapped with a child support case that could put him in the Slammer.
After failure to pay his scheduled $3,000 per month, Toi Irvin went to court and was prepared to send him to Jail. Holyfield was behind on his payments because of his financial crisis that he faced earlier this year when he was facing foreclosure.
To stay out of jail, Holyfield wrote a check for $9,000 and agreed to pay Toi Irvins other financial obligations such as private school payments, college trust fund, and health insurance.

It’s amazing how people with the most money are the ones who refuse to pay child support. I doubt that he has trouble with financial funds and this shouldn’t be a problem for him. I don’t believe all the “financial issues” Holyfield is facing; probably a cover up to evade child support.
