Aretha vs. Tina

We All know that “Queen of Soul” Aretha Franklin was very displeased after Beyonce called Tina Turner “The Queen” in a tribute on the Grammy Awards. Well now, Aretha is fuming over remarks made by Tina her “arch nemesis”.
Tina, who is currently on tour commented in a very recent interveiw:
”She’s the queen of soul, and I’m the queen of rock ‘n’ roll. There were so many kings and queens there that night. Her ego must be so big to think she was the only one.”
[laughing] “That’s how queens are!”
Well “Queen Franklin” did not find it funny.
“clearly was talking about herself” [in terms of ego].
“I never figured her to resort to tacky press just to sell a few tickets,” says Franklin, who adds she has never met Turner. “I really had put her in a different class — higher than that. No one has been more gracious … to their peers than I have, and I am confident and secure enough to do so, unlike some others.”
Tina reportedly isn’t talking about it anymore…

Also kim09 Tina still looks good so let her wear her dresses at least she has the figure for them ok I think she looks good in them.also Tina can sing if she couldnt how come she sold the most tickiets for ANY solo ever. Aretha Franklins Years active were in (1953)
Tina Turners Years active were only in (1960)
Now That is nearly in 10years apart, Gospel and Sou; Singer Aretha Franklin, her ecords have being around way longer than Tina Turners.
Tinas music didn’t come around until (1961)
Tina has the body and the moves.
But still ARETHA is one of our most Powerfull singers of our time.
Now Now Aretha we all know Tina has the body and everything, but to us here in L.A,
You have the power and RESPECT for all those who call you fat, all those white people and all,
To me, TINA TURNER has problems in her voice as like she was signing PROUD MARRY Song, it sounded dificult for her to out power her voice.
As for ARETHA,
Mamma, you have the voice, us black people mighting have the body and all, but like you said, we got the voice, you have the power in your voice, not TINA, she struggles her old mamma ass to bring her voice out.
Tina may have sold the most vocalist tickets, but ARETHA FRANKLIN is at the top of the list for the GRAMMY AWARDS, She and STEVIE WONDER holds the recor of the mos GRAMMY AWARDS In the wold, in History also.
TINA TURNER just want to be the most noticeable singer that why she tried to sell the most tickets and because she dosent have that mutch money so she sold that mutch tickets and went to run out of money so she can get more in when she makes it.
TINA is just jealous of ARETHA FRANKLIN because she dosent have as many GRAMMY AWARDS as like how many aretha has.
TINA only has about 12AWARDS From the grammys,
ARETHA has 32AWARDS From the grammys.
Tina, you need to dress your old age woman, look at ARETHA, she does,
you need to get out of your 80s clothes woman, were in the years of 2000
