J-Hud, Queen Latifah & Alicia Keys in Ebony

Queen Latifah, J-Hud, Alicia Keys are starring in the new movie, The Sercet Life of Bees.  They were in the recent issue of Ebony to talk about how much fun they had on the movie.

Queen Latifah’s girlfriend was spotted several times on the set making sure that nobody else became the Queens princess.  Just kidding.

Alicia Keys resorted to wearing a fake tan on the set of her latest movie after trips to tanning salons failed to make her look darker. The singer plays Queen Latifah’s sister in new film ‘The Secret Life of Bees’ and had to “deepen” her skin tone to match her co-star’s. Keys tells Ebony magazine: “They made fun of me the whole time. I would tell Queen: ‘I’m darker than you’. She’d say: ‘Whatever, just wait till all that makeup comes off’.”
